Clients have the right to know the method, how much and when they are required to pay.

Ethical rules of conduct state that fees should be 'reasonable' based on the type & complexity of the work, reputation, the amount of time expended, urgency, risk, and overheads.

ATL can offer lower rates than lawyers with comparable experience because you do not pay for the expenses at our virtual offices.

Most law firms offer hourly charge rates (average 5,000 THB per hour); however, we offer a service from the outset that is certain and transparent - we arrange fixed fee rates for projects or monthly retainers.

This includes all consultations and communications, whether via phone, email or CRM.

The rate does not include court costs or disbursements and is subject to 7% VAT.

PAYPAL: once ATL is instructed clients can make payment into a Paypal account which can be transferred once the work is completed.
